 Research in the field of seismic engineering has made notable progress largely due to the sophisticated tools available for experimental tests and at the increasingly powerful tools for calculation. This has allowed updation and improvement of the the most modern design codes in seismic areas. It is also evident that these results can produce an effective and efficient reduction in seismic risk, dependent in large measure on the competence of technicians,accompanied by widespread training activity, development and diffusion of the codes for calculation, and through exhaustive handbooks and manuals. La Fondazione EUCENTRE è impegnata nell'implementazione di software dedicato alla Progettazione Strutturale con particolare attenzione ai metodi richiamati dagli attuali strumenti normativi di riferimento. - ProSA - Progettazione Strutturale Assistita : E' un progetto di EUCENTRE rivolto al mondo della progettazione delle strutture civili. Lo scopo di questa iniziativa è di fornire un pacchetto che integri tutti gli strumenti necessari per lo svolgimento della progettazione dalla fase di analisi preliminare fino alla restituzione su supporto cartaceo dei dettagli progettuali;
- ANDILwall : Il software di progettazione strutturale per la muratura ordinaria e armata, sviluppato da Eucentre in collaborazione con ANDIL.
