The seminar aims to address the most specialised issues related to the assessment of the conditions that trigger and cause different landslide phenomena, in particular by predicting their danger and designing mitigation measures, which are not usually covered in general professional training courses. In particular, the course is aimed at professionals, technicians, surveyors and officials interested in acquiring the necessary skills to deal with specialised issues related to hydrogeological risk, with particular reference to structural and non-structural mitigation measures for landslide phenomena.
The Eucentre Foundation and ReLUIS are organising the seminar “Hydrogeological risk: structural and non-structural mitigation measures for landslide phenomena”.
The seminar will be held on February 24th 2017, in Pavia (at Eucentre – via Adolfo Ferrata, 1 – Pavia).
Coordinator: Prof. Claudia Meisina
The seminar awards 6 Professional Training Credits for Engineers and 8 Professional Training Credits for Geologists.
