The Eucentre Mobile Laboratory is a unique testing system that allows dynamic tests to be performed directly on existing buildings, bridges, infrastructure or soil on site. It is a fully autonomous system housed in an articulated truck and equipped with all the necessary components for independent operation, even in complex environments or remote locations.
\n<\/span>It contains tanks, hydraulic pumps, storage units and rigid distribution lines, all of which are powered by an electric generator to guarantee full operation even in the absence of external connections. The system comprises a digital controller mounted on a separate mobile unit and a set of high-performance hydraulic actuators that can apply controlled forces to the structures being tested.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thanks to this configuration, the Mobile Laboratory can perform static and dynamic tests directly on real structures, enabling seismic behaviour and mechanical performance to be evaluated under authentic conditions without samples having to be transported to a laboratory. The system can also be connected to the rigid lines of existing laboratories, enhancing their capabilities and expanding the range of tests that can be performed.
\n<\/span>This operational flexibility makes it a unique tool for supporting applied research, validating construction technologies, and analysing the behaviour of structures in their real environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
