It is, therefore, essential to keep all documentation relating to interventions, such as invoices, receipts and bank transfers.<br \/>\nThe changes aim to stimulate private investment in seismic safety, accelerating the adoption of more effective structural solutions.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Stricter Technical Standards: Safety First<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The new earthquake regulations of 2025 strengthen obligations for designing and constructing safe and resilient buildings.
