Department Risk Scenarios
Diego Polli obtains the master degree in Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications at the University of Pavia, in April 2007.
In August 2007 he starts his first collaboration with Eucentre where he develops a GIS platform aimed to visualize results of risk analysis and develops an informatics system for managing database via web.
From November 2008 to February 2012 he attends a Ph.D. Course in the framework of Remote Sensing, specializing in data processing of satellite images for analysis of satellite images and post-earthquake damage assessment, VHR SAR.
In April 2012, he starts a new collaboration with Eucentre where he works on informatics systems, supporting the activities of entities operating in the building and land management framework.
He also participates in several projects sponsored by DPC, as WebGIS platforms developer, which have the purpose of storing, computing and displaying seismic risk data.
He takes part in the Simulator-ADS project,which has as its objective the development of innovative applications downstream through the integration of aerospace technologies.
From September 2017 participates in a RFI project for the risk analysis of all railway bridges.
