Since January 2007 she works in Eucentre. She is involved in a number of projects on seismic risk and loss estimation at variable geographical scales (local, urban, regional, and national). Some examples are described below:
- Preliminary study on the influence of using seismic hazard maps in terms of spectral displacement on seismic risk levels in Italy;
- Seismic risk evaluation of the Italian territory;
- Definition of prioritization procedures for intervention on Italian school buildings and development of a WebGIS platform monitoring buildings subjected to intervention;
- Seismic risk of the national road transport network;
- WebGIS interfaces to the data of observed damage;
- Industrial research and experimental development in the field of smart cities and communities (SIMULATOR and SIMULATOR-ADS projects);
- Network of European Research Infrastructures for Earthquake Risk Assessment and Mitigation (NERA project);
- Integrated model for rapid multi-hazard health risk assessment applicable to chemical release incidents occurring during major natural or man-made disasters (PEC project);
- Potentially triggerable offshore seismicity and tsunamis (SPOT project).

Eucentre is a non-profit private law foundation whose mission is to conduct research and provide training and services in earthquake and safety engineering
Eucentre promotes science, research and innovation for the benefit of the community, offering targeted methodologies and concrete solutions for prevention, safety and resilience. It collaborates with institutions and companies to disseminate competencies for the common good.
