Technical Coordinator of Tests on Bearings and Seismic Isolation Devices at the experimental Lab TREES Lab of EUCENTRE.
Professional experiences:
Since 2001 to 2006, Roberto Franzolin has involved as engineering designer of precast building structures at CIELLE Prefabbricati S.p.a, with application in design of pre-tensioned concrete element, realization and assembly of precast buildings and supervision of external construction sites.
Currently, he is involved in Experimental Development Researches in the field of earthquake engineering at Test Laboratory EUCENTRE with technical competence in structural diagnostics using non-destructive and destructive methods on building materials.
Since 2005, he is involved in the academic activities of the Faculty of Building/Engineering of the University of Pavia as Assistant Structural Engineering at the Didactic Thesis Laboratory.

Eucentre is a non-profit private law foundation whose mission is to conduct research and provide training and services in earthquake and safety engineering
Eucentre promotes science, research and innovation for the benefit of the community, offering targeted methodologies and concrete solutions for prevention, safety and resilience. It collaborates with institutions and companies to disseminate competencies for the common good.
