Dr. Mostapha Harb is a Geospatial data scientist and remote sensing specialist with over 15 years of experience in Earth Observation, GIS, and machine learning applied to multi‑scale risk exposure analysis, disaster risk reduction, and climate resilience. He holds a PhD in Remote Sensing Engineering from the University of Pavia and has worked with international organisations including EUCENTRE, UNU‑EHS, UNESCWA, and Ubicube GmbH. His expertise includes EO‑based rapid damage assessment, land‑use and land‑cover change modelling, and risk exposure assessment from local to regional and national scales, translating geospatial data into operational decision‑support tools.
