On Thursday, May 30th, Anna Maria Bernini, Minister of University and Research, the On. Alessandro Cattaneo, Member of Parliament and former Mayor of Pavia, and Alessandro Cantoni, candidate for Mayor of Pavia and Regional Councillor, were welcome guests at our Foundation. The meeting was an important opportunity to present our Foundation, our research projects and the innovative laboratories we use to improve seismic safety.
During their visit, Minister Bernini and Mr. Cattaneo had the opportunity to view our state-of-the-art laboratories, where cutting-edge technology is combined with scientific research to develop effective solutions in preventing and managing seismic risks. Our guests showed a keen interest in our ongoing activities, recognising the value of EUCENTRE’s work in earthquake engineering.
Special thanks go to Minister Bernini and Mr.Cattaneo for their interest and support for our research efforts in earthquake engineering. Their visit is a significant recognition for all our researchers and collaborators who work daily to make our country safer and more resilient.
