On Friday April 12th, the President of Fondazione Cluster Tecnologie Smart Cities & Communities – Lombardy, Fabio Germagnoli (former General Manager of Eucentre), the Presidents of ALER Pavia, Monica Guarischi, ALER Bergamo, Corrado Zambelli (former President of Federcasa Lombardia) and ALER Milan, Matteo Mognaschi, met at Eucentre.
The meeting was an opportunity to visit our laboratories and to present research activities on seismic risk. It should be noted that ALER Pavia has already collaborated with our Foundation to monitor a building, as has Federcasa Italy for a project developed by engineer Davide Bellotti, a researcher at Eucentre.
On the sidelines of the event, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Smart Cities & Communities Cluster and Federcasa Lombardia. The agreement aims to analyze and disseminate project proposals, promoting the development of projects of greater interest through exchanging expertise between the two bodies. The commitment is to present joint cases on innovation in public housing to regional institutions and stakeholders.
The agreement presents itself as a strategic synergy for both organizations, aiming to significantly impact the quality of housing and social life through technological innovation and digital transformation in the public housing sector.
