Il sismabonus è uno strumento fiscale volto alla riqualificazione del sistema patrimonio immobiliare, che prevede la detrazione Irpef o Ires per i lavori effettuati in zone ad alto medio rischio sismico.

Agevolazione
50% interventi di rafforzamento locale;
70% per interventi che comportino un miglioramento di una classe di rischio;
80% per interventi che comportino un miglioramento di due classi di rischio;
75 e 85% per gli interventi sulle parti comuni;
90% per credito ceduto a impresa di assicurazione con stipula di polizza su eventi calamitosi;
110% se associati ad interventi di riqualificazione energetica.
Termini di presentazione della domanda
Lavori eseguiti dal 1° luglio 2020 al 31 dicembre 2021;
Soglia massima beneficio 96.000 Euro ad unità immobiliare.
La Fondazione EUCENTRE in quanto centro di rilievo internazionale in ambito sismico è in grado di fornire il supporto necessario a definire il rischio sismico del patrimonio immobiliare al fine di mettere a punto strategie che aiutino ad identificare le priorità di intervento.
