ANNALISA ROSTI

Department Construction and Infrastructure

Annalisa Rosti is a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture of the University of Pavia and collaborates with the EUCENTRE Foundation since 2012.
She obtained her PhD in Earthquake Engineering from the Institute of Advanced Studies (IUSS-Pavia) in 2016, after completing her MEng (2012) in Civil Engineering at the University of Pavia and her MSc (2014) in Earthquake Engineering at IUSS.
Her main research activities concern empirical and numerical approaches for the seismic vulnerability assessment of existing buildings.
Other research interests include the comparison of results of probabilistic seismic hazard studies with historical macroseismic observations and the seismic performance assessment of innovative masonry typologies (e.g. AAC).
She has been involved in post-earthquake field surveys for damage and usability assessment of school and historical masonry buildings, following the Central Italy seismic events (2016-2017).
She is author/co-author of several scientific publications.
